Social Emotional Learning (SEL)

Our Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) program is rooted in the Choose Creativity curriculum and is thoughtfully adapted for our youngest learners. Through a focus on Creative Confidence, this asset-based, school-day program nurtures children’s natural curiosity, imagination, and sense of self. Students engage in playful, hands-on experiences that encourage them to express ideas, take safe risks, and build positive relationships with others.

Using engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons and strategies, teachers guide children in exploring the 10 Principles of Creative Confidence in ways that are meaningful and accessible. These experiences help young learners build a strong sense of agency, develop their emerging identities, and feel a deep sense of belonging within their classroom community and beyond.
